On The Run (a wolf rp)

Joey mouth was dry and her tongue was out. She was tired for she had been searching for water for hours. Then she came across two wolves beating each other up. What was this? Joey shrank back and stepped on a thorn, and she yelped.

Kronos was distracted for a second by a yelp from an unfamiliar body behind him. He turned to look at her, completely forgetting the situation at hand.

Fire used the distraction to her advantage and jumped at Kronos,then caught him by the scruff.

Kronos yelped and struggled to get free. He lashed his claws out at the female, but he only managed to graze her once. Thinking of something else, he lashed out with his back legs, kicking out at Fire with huge power.

When he kicked out it caught her in the belly and she yelped from the pain,which met she let his scruff go.Fire took a couple of steps back and tilted her ears forward in a,"Now what?"kind if silent question.

Kronos flicked his ears back and turned to walk off. 'If you really were looking for a pack, I may consider.'

"Thought you weren't alpha material?"Fire asked sweetly,but smiling.

Kronos stopped and looked over his shoulder at her, giving her a cheeky smile. 'Not yet...'

Fire tilted her head to the side,confused."Not yet...?"she repeated,trying to figure out what he met.

Kronos turned his head back, and still smiling to himself, walked off.

Fire growled and trotted after him,"Why not,not yet?"she asked from behind him.

'I said I would coniser.' He said matter of factly, stopping to walk beside her.

"True."fire said and lowered her head to the trail when she caught and other rabbits scent.she wasn't hungry anymore so she didn't follow it instead she looked over at him and said,"You act as if you are an alpha which brings me to the question;Have you ever been an alpha?"

Kronos looked away. 'Yes, once.' He sighed, remembering his old pack. 'My mate got shot.' He said solemly, changing his mood entirley.

Fire lowered her head again and looked away,"I'm sorry about your loss."she said.

'Hunters.' He snarled.

"Do you mean hunters right now?"Fire asked instantly on alert.She had run into to many hunters and never wanted to run into one again.

(wow I can hardly keep up with you two! )
Joey watched as they kept fighting. She decided to be rude and follow them as they left.

'No, no. Although I'm sure they're out there somewhere, my mate got shot by hunters when she was bearing our pups.' Kronos flicked his ears backwards as he heard a noise behind him. Turning, he saw the other female he had encountered during the fight. 'Hello.'

Fire turned to see the other female,and just nodded a hello to her.

Joey backed up a few steps. "Hello...dont hurt me..." she whimpered.

Kronos perked his ears and turned towards the fae more. 'We won't hurt you!' He insisted. 'Don't be put off by our little dispute.' he smiled kindly.

"Why were you fighting anyway! You seem like friends now!!" Joey said very confused.

'I dunno...' Kronos turned to Fire. 'Why were we fighting?' He turned back to the fae. 'You have a name?'

Fire smiled somewhat meanly,"I was bored and wanted to attack someone."she said with a shrug.
