Bright light shone down in a small window, on a small plane, on a small girl. She huffed as she let her hand cover her face and sighed harder. Her mother, Dianne, looked over her shoulder at Molly, "We're almost here!" Molly turned to her mum. "TO the middle of no-where." She said with a heavy british accent. She was born in London, lived there for 8 years and moved to California, but her mum was born in Canada, where Molly would be staying for the summer, ugh.

He grumbled under his breath as he lgged chunks of wood into the house, glancing up to the slightly clouded sky. It was by no means hot, but not cold. And instead of out fishing, or hanging with friends, he was stuck carrrying firewood around for his dad because it was "good to be prepared while the weather is still good". Dominic yawned, shaking his head and dropping a few more pieces down the stairs before turning to his dad "I'm going to the store." he said simply, grabbing a few dollars off the counter and walking for the store roughly two killometres down the road.

[It's like cold right now there right?]

A rough voice came over the intercom, "Please strap in, we will be landind in New Foundland in a meer 10 minutes." Molly glanced out the window, seeing the smallest little island or two, she's ever seen. She'd never been before. Molly's mother was practicly jumping around. "Oh honey, I'm so glad I get to stay with you for a week or two!" She squealed, making other look at them. Molly flushed a deep carnation pink and looked out the window once again. "We are now landing, have a good time."

Domnic glanced up as he heard the plane overhead, rolling his eyes "Great..more people coming down." he grumbled, shaking his head and slipping into the store. After a few minutes, he was walking back with two huge bottles of water tucked under his arm.

"Come on hun, we're about to leave the plane." Dianne said tugging on Molly's arm. Molly obedintly stood, walking ahead of her mother, crammed against complete strangers. She rolled her eyes once again, shoving her way, to be on the be-loved ground.

Dominic tossed one to his dad who caught it and practically chugged half the bottle before holding the axe out to him. He rolled his eyes and took it, setting a chunk of wood on the block and chopping it apart.

<center> The chilled wind blew over Molly's petite figure, as the decended down off the plane and onto the concrete. Molly tugged her thin jacket around her torso, shivering, nothing like California. "Doesn't it feel great?" Dianne asked giving a little twirl. Molly nodded, her mother, wearing jeans, sandals, and a college sweatshirt, while Molly was wearing a short shorts, a tanktop, and some flip-flops, didn't really cut it. As they walked, Dianne ranted and raved aboot how much fun they were going to have. She rolled her eyes casually and huddled somewhat close to her mum for warmth. "Sissy." Her mother replied as Molly hugged her mum. "Yeah so what. It's like 40 degreeeees!" She said with a hint of sarcasam, Dianne laughed. "Alright, there's our rental car." Molly laughed, but her mother had a puzzled look on her face, "You don't like it?" Molly stood just staring at the beat up flashy red truck. "Yeah it's fab." Molly croaked. "Why should I be seen in that thing?" Molly thought as she hurried to the truck where her mother had already climbed in. "Ready doll?" Molly huffed and straped herself in and flicked the heater on. Her mother purred the engine and backed out of the parking lot. "Uncle Frank let us brorow his truck. I realy like it. It's nice, it could be a rental car." Dianne mumbled as her words flew in Molly's ear and out the other. "Just down the road." Molly's gaze drifted from her mum to the window of the car and beyond. "I admit it's pretty." Molly said, continuing on, "But yo ucould miss of you blink your eyes." Dianne giggled and ruffled her hair, Molly blushed and scooted farther from her mother. "There it is." Dianne pointed to a road. A small, small road.

Dominic looked up as he heard a truck coming down the road, frowning a little as he realized he didn't know who it belonged to. The young man smothered a yawn and shook his head "Damn tourists.." he grumbled before turning his back on the road and chugging back probably half the bottle of water in one mouthful.

"Why are we even visiting them anyway?" Molly asked lifting her hand to her face and moving blonde hairs away from her eyes. Dianne shrugged, "Well, we haven't seen them in a while and you know how they are about us." She sighed making a turn into a driveway, Molly looking at the house, it was two story, very pretty. She climbed out with her bag on one shoulder. She glanced around curiously, she shook her head and continued walking.

He lifted his eyes and smirked, shaking his head "What a poor, unfortunate soul." he said sarcastically, shaking his head and looking down to his feet before abandoning his job and disappearing into the house. His mother already had lunch cooking so he just flopped out on the couch, yawning and listening to her chat up a storm.

Molly followed behind her mother, she edged up the porch steps and kept looking around, the lush green yard and the vines growing up the warm lit house. Her mother knocked feriously against the wooden door, untill her Aunt appeared. "Molly!" She waddled over to her and gave her a large bear hug. "Hi." She said hugging her back with a smile planted on her features, she smelled of perfume and food. She cringed, but kept smiling, "Your Uncle's out back." She said shuffling about the house, looking for dust or anything out of place, Dianne smiled, "Great to see you." She said putting her stuff down.

Dominic stretched out, jumping to his feet as his mother served dinner and plopping down, practically inhaling his cod fish and potatoes. A low sigh left his lips as he finished, leaning back in the chair and staring out the window at the house next door with a curious look. He knew the people pretty well and they usually needed help with something so he got to his feet, jogging next door and knocking on the door with a tiny smile.
