T.O looked at him and grinded his teeth together. "By the way i saw her it looks like you hit her more then once, more like you beat her." he said pushing him.

I laughed. "I only hit her everytime she hit me. And then a few times for fun." I said standing with my arms crossed.

"Why you do it?" he asked him the bat still in his hand in a firm grip.

"She pissed me off." I said shruging my shoulders.

T.O looked at him and raised the bat up and touched the side of Derek's face with it. "How would you like this bat to meet your brain?" he asked him alittle cocky, but new what he was doing.

"I'd say it'll hurt but I'm drunk enough it's not going to matter." I said. And it was true I was drunk as hell.

[So he was drunk when he hit her, or..? lol]

Angel:

I looked at Ryan and pushed away from him. "They..what are you going to do about him?" i asked him shaking still.

T.O:

He laughed and swung it back, but right before he could hit him with police pulled up. He stepped out and walked over there. "Is there a problem here?" he asked glaring at T.O and his friend.

~Ryan~
I looked at her with promising eyes. "If he lays another hand on you, God damn it, I'll make sure he never, ever, has kids." I said.

~Derek~
I laughed at the police officers approach. "I was just getting out of my truck to grab a bite to eat when these two ganged up on me." I said staggaring then regaining my balance.

[ohh..so he really didnt mean it? lol, im confused. like is he going to hit her somemore? it was kinda exciting..lol]

T.O looked at him and then at the polive."No, he beat the hell out of my sister" he said mad.

The police walked over and looked at T.O "Sir im going to have to ask you to step back." he said then looked at Derek "Have they touched you?" he said.

Angel:

I looked at him adn smiled. "What, what if T.O kills Derek, then..he will go to jail."

[[ he is gunna be like all sweet to her when he is sober and when he is drunk he is gunna be all BAM!! ha!(:]]


~Derek~
"No sir, They haven't laid a hand on me. Damn p****."I said giving a smirk.

~Ryan~

T.O. Is smarter than that." I told her. "He'll make it happen but his hands will be clean,"

[ohhh..haha gotcha]

The officer nodded and backed up. "well, you sir please go on." he said to T.O "I dont trust yall with them bats and pipes in your hadn." he said and then walked to his car and set there until T.O left. He got in his truck adn looked at Derek.."Your dead" he said and then pulled away.

Me:

I looked at Ryan and smiled. "Im glad your my friend." i said to him and hugging him.

~Ryan~
I flinched at the word friend . I wrapped my arms around her lightly. "Me too." I said holding her to me. "me too."

~Derek~
I got in my truck and flipped him off as I passed.

(lets skip to school the next day..and ryan dont go to that school..hehe) .

i got to the school hopping derek wasnt coming but i already saw him pulling in. i got oit and walkwd to the doors.

I saw angel as I pulled into the school. I smorked at her then turned off the truck. My eyes were bloodshot red from a hangover and my head hurt. I got out and started walking her way.

[[mmk. I'll brb.]]

I turned and looked directly at him. I swallowed and turned walking to my locker fast. I got to it and tryed my best to hurry up.

I walked over beside her and leaned against the lockers. "Hey." I said casually.

I looked over at him and looked at him with scared eyes. "Please leave me alone..i didnt" i stopped when i looked into his red eyes. "You.." i couldnt fisnish, i was scared and confused at teh same time.

"Dont be scared. Please don't be scared of me. I was drunk. I....I don't even know what I was doing or thinking for that matter." I said.

"Dont be scared of you, Derek look what you did to me." i yelled slamming my locker. "Dont talk to me no more, i winch everytime i look at you or hear your name" i said and then turned and walked off mad and almost in tears.

[He is going to drink again isnt he?]

[[yeah but say something to like really piss him off so he has an excuse to leave. ]]

"Im so sorry." I mumbled following her. "I didn't want to end up like this."

[[kk's -Thinks- aha got it..]]

"Leave me tha f*** alone you pathetic no good asshole" i said and slapped him without thinking. I swallwed and backed up people now looking at me and him.

I pulled her to my face and kissed her head. "I'll see you after school." I said glaring at the people in the hallway before walking out of the front doors.

I stood there looking at him. I was froze for a minute and then peopl started doing there own thing. I shook my head and walked into my class.

I waited in my truck and downed a 6-pack until school was over. Angel was easy to spot in the crowd.

Finally the bell rang and i came out of class and walked to my locker. My friends decided to leave me alone for awhile. I got my things and walked outside with a big crowed of people, and walking to my car.
