I walked through my house wiping the sleep from my eyes. It was the first day of summer break and i had slept in.

I walk up to the door and knock, waiting for it to open.

I heard a knock. I rubbed my hair down and opened the door.

Hello,*smiles*, Hope I didnt wake you up, just wanted to hang out!

"Hey!" I smiled. Nah, you didnt wake me up. Come on in."

Thanks!*walks in and sits down*Have any plans for summer?

"Not yet." I picked up a bagel. "My brother keeps buggin me about getting a job but i dont really want to."

Well, don't let him bother you! I'm sure you'll find something! And i'll always be here to hang out!*smiles*

I sat down on the couch and turned the t.v. on. "Yes i know. You'll always be here." I smiled back then took a bite of my bagel.

Are you doing anything else today or maybe later tonight? If you're not busy, maybe we could catch a movie or whatever you would like to do!

"Fine with me!"

Sounds great! *blushes* What were you thinking of doing, I'm up for anything!

"I should probably get dressed before we do anything." I said with a smile. Ellie had been my secret crush since day one. I've just never got the nerve to ever ask to be her boyfriend. I walked upp stairs and came back down in a t-shirt and jeans.

You look great!*I smiled, beginning to realize how much I really like Derek*

"Awwh, Shucks." I said with a laugh.

No problem, so where are we off to?

"Your call." I said leading her to the door.

How about the mall, theres plenty to do there, and if we get tired of walking we could always catch a movie or get something to eat?

"Lets go." I walked her over to my truck and opened the door. "After you." I said before getting in on the other side.
