Sean sat on the hood of his truck looking out on to the wounded knee feild. "what sorrow" he said....He had been born in ireland and loved the land, but when he couldnt make any money he had to move to America. His grandmother and sister where still there. He missed them every day. he thought of them now.

Lily drove to the pastures jumping out of her own truck and let her dog Rader out her Golden retriever "You wanna go get Santana? " Rader barked and we went running through the woods only to emerge from them in the pastures on a beautiful black horse.

Sean got back into his truck and drove to the ranch he was hired onto....



Marty ran through the open feild of her neighbors.

Lily rode Santana through the feilds as Rader jumped trying to catch up to her tail i giggled.

Andrew sat in the barn lounge drinking a soda and reading a good book.

Sean pulled into the drive. There would be cattle to brand today. then they needed to round up the last of the horse herd.

Andrew got up hearing seans truck he jumped over the fence outside into the parking lot "hey man"


Lily smilled as she saw the guys outside the barn , great if andrew saw her in the cattle feild with rader ohh she'd get it she backed up and rand head long towards the fence jumping it and landing in the dirt drive. Rader struggled to get under the fence i giggled.

Sean slaped him on the back. "been good. I just was over at the Wounded knee battle felid. gives me the crips. I swear I heard a women screaming." he shiverd. "your pa around we suppose to brand the rest of the cattle today?"

Lily dismounted "dad is off buying cattle and horse feed and wont be back for awhile " she flipped her hair.

Andrew laughed "yeah what she said , we can do them ourselves" he had a brander in his hand not yet hot.

"Alright" Sean threw his Irish acsent thick "hows ur ma Lily?" he smiled at her.

Lily smilled " shes good , shes been bathing the horses , finally she has been getting use to them !" I smile at him .

Andrew went to the cattle feilds on Gordo coralling them .

Sean mounted the Chestnut geliding he had been assined since he was haired. "common Lucky" he clucked as he joined Andrew..."watch out for that cows. She getting away." he hollard then toar after her. Good thing the horses had already been warmed. he headed her off and brought her back. "Now all that left is to seperate the calves from their mothers. easy right?" he joked.

andrew huffed "yeah right, well lillys been working with the calves and shes taught them how to follow her silly clicking noises idk if it will work but well let her try " he looked at lily already mounting santana her black beauty as she callled her "alright lil sis ur up"

Lily stared him down "oh silly is it?" she jumped the fence smoothly and she walked towards a small group of mothers and calves she clicked her mouth making loud noises some of the cows looked up " come on cuties" she clicked some more and one came running towards her then the rest steadily followed " she looked at the smallest the one that came to her first "good girl Daisy!" she smilled and put her hands on her hips "better?"

Sean Smiled. "what a smart gurl." he laughed. he gently pressed his horse and headed off the cows. pressing them into a croral seperated from the calves. "ready?" he asked Andrew.

Lily giggled "thanks" she helped them herd them further keeping her darling calves with her.

Andrew nodded "lets roll"

getting the brander hot, Sean looked over at Andrew who had the first calf tied....quickly he stamped the brand into the hide then lifted it showing a perfect brand. "let em go." Sean went back to the fire to reheat the iron brander...he hated this part....it would be better if the calves didnt cry out but 50% of the time they did....

Lily looked away she hated it she started to tear up as it was daisys turn.


Andrew turned away each time still holding them tight then giving them a small salt rock afterwards.

Sean came over to Lily...placeing a hand on her shoulder he said. "last one." then qucikly branded the calf. "wed are doone" ..."i mean we are done." he shurged then went to put the brander away.

Lily calmed down and after daisy was done she went to her daisy tried to hind under lilys shirt she gigled she looked over at sean " you dont have to correct yourself like that i like your accent "

Andrew chuckled "Daisy loves u lily" he chuckled letting the rest f the cattle go.

Sean shruged. before going into the barn. After putting the brander away he remounted Lucky. "we need to finish brining the horses....I sure ur pa has a good size herd now. They all going to be plump from the rich grass all spring..." He smiled at lily. "you should come along to lily"

Lily "absolutely ! I heard a few mares were in foal!" she smiled huge and mounted Santana "Rader stay" she said pointing to the dog "you to daisy" i laughed

Sean, just looked at her. "common then" he started toward the uppper pastrue, as a car drove into the drive. "whose that?" he asked...

i looked over " i have no clue "

andrew "is is that marty?" he walked to the car "yall go ahead imma check it out"

Lily nodded "k" and she galloped off

Marty step out of the Mustange. "hey you" she said giving Andrew a huge. "what up." she had on tight shorts the were a little to short, and a shirt that was showing off a lot of skin at the moment. "guess what? I just got fired!"
