Dragon RP! 8D
I already have my character on the other post, and I love the idea of the different types of dragons :3 I'll post my character and her first post again...

Human Form-
Name: Erin Porter-Hayes (Erin - Irish meaning "From Ireland")
Called: Erin
Build: Quite fragile looking, but very strong.
Whisperer/Trainer/Fighter/Handler/Rider: Rider
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Personality: Erin is quite a generous soul, having a kind heart and a level head. Under her shell, she's a smart fighter, she was trained in the ways of close combat when she was younger, both with a sword and with her fists, so she is a formidable opponent.
Hair: Bright, firey orange.
Eyes: Leafy green

Dragon Form-
Name: Kiera Fleshstone (Kiera - Irish Meaning 'Dark One')
Called: Kiera
Age: 156
Metallic/Chromatic: Chromatic
Personality: On the outside, Kiera appears to be threatening and menacing, and a lot of the time she is. Yet under her hard shell of vanity and evil, she has a heart reserved for Erin, after Erin saved her from a larger male red dragon a few years back. Some people seem startled that such a relationship was possible between a black dragon and a human, it's not impossible, but it is rare. Kiera will defend Erin to the death if needed, but of course, if her self-centered brain doesn't get in the way first.

Color: Black
Eyes: A dark purple
Other: Bears three scratch scars on her left shoulder from the attack.

Name: Cara Silvertoungue (Cara meaning 'A friend')
Called: Cara
Age: 10
Metallic/Chromatic: Metallic
Personality: The typical joker, Cara is incredibly friendly towards anyone who is willing to listen to her jokes, or feed her something tasty.
Gender: Female
Color: Copper
Eyes: Dazzling blue

The wind whipped through Erin's hair as Kiera nose-dived, her firm, scaly wings tucking in close by her body, the pair plummeting vertically towards the forests. Erin held the rim of the saddle tightly, lowering herself until she was nearly parallel to the dragoness' neck. Then, at the last possible second, she pulled out of the dive, Kiera fanned out her wings, and soon, the pair landed safley on an expanse of grass in amongst some trees. Erin dismounted and gave Kiera an affectionate pat, and Kiera thought about returning the gesture, but instead she stalked off in search of food. Erin rolled her eyes. She sat on the peak of one large boulder, taking a fistfull of grass and casually ripping it into bits. Out of the dark trees behind her, she heard a growl, low and menacing. At once Erin was on her feet, spinning on her heel to face the direction it came from. The sound slowly crew louder...and louder...untill a huge beast jumped out of the trees, leaping over Erin and landing softly on the grass. The great golden dragon lifted its head...and Cara stared at Erin, grumbling a snigger.
"Never do that again!" She jogged up to her and hit her softly, playfully. Cara chuckled, a small puff of smoke emanating from her nostrils. She lay down, tucking her wings up and laying her head on the grass.

Personality: Rhys is a kind, humorous person who loves everything about dragons – even the chromatic ones. He can communicate to almost any dragon, which makes him feel really special. He does have an anger streak every once in a while, though, and will take it out on any human near him.

With the wind ripping around him and his dragon Tale, Rhys could almost believe everything was normal. That everything was okay. That he wasn't a wanted fugitive being pursued by the King himself. He didn't want to think of this, so that morning, he'd hopped onto the ice dragon and flew into air, gliding high above the city. The large buildings soon turned to small houses, then into farms manned by peasants the size of ants. He sighed as he envyed them and their simple lifestyle. They had a routine that they had to stick to, a guidline of how they should live. Most people yearned to be free like him, but it wasn't all fun and games. In fact, it was quite the opposite. He let Tale drop to the ground and dismounted. The dragon walked away, snorting a puff of white mist from his nose. Rhys rolled his eyes, but continued walking. He sensed a presence near him, and knew it was a dragon. A chromatic dragon to be exact. A black chromatic dragon, more specifically. He groaned and silently called for his own dragon to come and help him out of the mess as he came face to face with the ugly, eaten face of Kiera.

Kiera clutched the dead fox in her jaws, staring down at the unfamiliar human, a small growl beginning to form in her throat, a deep rumbling noise that shook her muscular body. She tensed up, claws digging into the ground in purely a territorial stance, flexing her tail, reminding the human that she'd attack if he tried anything funny. As he called, she pricked her ears, the sound was similar to the call of her mistress, but soon returned to her stance.

Tale stepped through the trees, his smaller body rigid with tension. He hated most other dragons - he only tolerated Trix because Rhys made him. He clenched his teeth and slowly released a jet of cold air from his nostrils. It turned to steam and rose in a semi-transparent cloud. It touched a leaf, and it froze, crcking as the layer of ice enveloped it. The dragon took one more step before raising his head in a dominant position. His tail slashed the trees behind him and his claws dug up the earth. His pale blue eyes locked onto Kiera with icy hatred. He hadn't used his claws in a while. Now would be a good time...

Kiera watched, wary of the newer dragon. She was larger than he, but all dragons were a threat. Small drips of sizzling acid leaked from between her jaws, splashing onto the ground at her feet, smoke beginning to rise as the moss beneath started to burn away, leaving a small hole in the undergrowth. She spread her wings and roared, not taking kindly to the challenge made clear by the other dragon.

Tale's eyes narrowed as she roared her challenge. He hissed, a jet of freezing air flying from his maw full of teeth. It blew past the other dragon, turning the plants on either side of her to ice statues. A flapping sound filled the air as another dragon landed near. Trix's brass scales gleamed brilliantly as she landed behind the black dragon. Her webbed feet stepped down carefully, and she shot Rhys a worried glance.

Erin stopped in her tracks, mid-conversation with the Copper dragon, as the roars sounded plain and clear through the forest. Cara heard them too, and at once sprang to his feet, suddenly on edge. "Come on Cara." She gestured for him to follow her, as she set off through the trees, sword in hand, Cara hopping along obediently behind her. Soon enough they came to the conflict, and she ran up alongside Kiera. The first thing she noticed was the male on the opposite side, and she threw him a sympathetic glance. "Hey!" She was now talking to Kiera. "Stop it!" She punched the soft skin on Kiera's left foreleg, knowing it wouldn't hurt her, only annoy.

Rhys arched an eyebrow at the female. Obviously she was this dragon's rider - which was probably why he couldn't communicate it. He sighed and watched Tale carefully. He wasn't concerned about Trix - who was already talking to the copper dragon - but his ice dragon wasn't one to back off. Especially because of a human. He sighed and watched the scene.

Tale narrowed his eyes as the human came up. Who in Driun's name did she think she was?! He was going to rip the acid right off of this dragon's face, and the human wasn't going to stop him. He growled a low warning, threatening to attack her. Not even because Rhys was in danger anymore. But because he wanted to.

Cara was already deep in conversation with the other metallic dragon, watching the fight like it was a football match.
Kiera looked sideways, and with a gentle push of her tail, she sent Erin stumbling over with a soft oof. Her attention now was fully on the ice dragon. Suddenly, and without warning, she leapt for him, claws extended, hoping to draw him into combat.

Tale neatly dodged the black dragon, but one claw drew a gash on his right side. He narrowed his eyes as he examined the damage. His perfect coat was now marred, and his defenses were kicking in. The claw Kiera had used to scar him should be turned to ice now. And the ice should slowly be creeping up her leg. A smirk spread his mouth as he blew a jet of frozen air at her, hoping that it would make her move more slowly.

Trix rolled her eyes and turned back to the copper dragon. "I'm Trix." She stated simply. She hated her full name, so she always introduced herself as Trix. "And that's Tale, over there. The human is Rhys."

Kiera smirked as she felt her claw dig into her flank, skidding to a halt behind him. Her smirk soon faded as she felt the numbing pain creeping up of her leg, and she tried to shake it off, but it wouldn't budge. In a final attempt, she breathed acid all down her leg, melting the ice off, but not harming her in the least.

Cara turned to Trix. "And I'm Cara. That hunk of grouchiness over there is Kiera, and my rider is Erin."

Tale narrowed his eyes as he watched her and hissed. He covered himself in a tight layer of ice so that she couldn't penetrate his skin with the acid. He smirked at her. "Lovely face you've got there." He taunted.

Trix chuckled (haha try saying that five times fast) and rolled her eyes. "I know how you feel. Tale gets on my nerves every single day."

Kiera managed to get all of the thin layer of ice off of her leg, but looked up at the ice dragon in hatred. "Are you always this irritating? I swat flies bigger than you!" She hissed, flicking her tail rapidly like an annoyed cat.

Cara chuckled, his scales glinting. "Kiera's not normally one to fight. Tale better be careful, because Kiera normally gives up, but turns on them at the last minute. She's not one for fighting fair."

Tale hissed as she insulted his height. True, he wasn't tall, but he made up for that in muscle. He was thick with it and wasn't afraid to show it, either. He snorted and replied, "Right. Like the flies would want to come near you with that stench." He taunted back, a playful smirk lighting up his face - even though he wasn't playing the least bit.

Trix laughed, a deep throaty rumble that shook the ground, and rolled her eyes. "I think he'll be okay; once he gets in a fight, he's always wary of the aggressor."

Kiera laughed, his petty insults merely deflecting off her. She shook her head, the two horns that protruded menacingly either side of her head glinting in the dim light. "If you were a worthy opponent, I'd have finished you already." She looked down at him, a hint of a smirk playing across her features. She folded her wings back in close to her body, not thinking much of her opponent. "Maybe one day you'll grow tall enough to bite my flanks." She teased, turning to walk away.

Cara stared at the two for a moment, before turning to Trix. "I'd be careful, she has a nasty habit of holding grudges."

Tale shook his large head from side to side. "Height doesn't matter. Strength does." He backed away to stand next to Rhys, blue eyes blazing. Rhys slowly patted the other dragon's flank and watched the black one with curiosity.

Trix rolled her eyes. "And so does Mr. Cocky over there. I think all chromatic dragons do."

Cara snorted in approval. "It seems like she's finally backed down." He scratched his chin and sat back on his hind legs, like a rabbit or a meercat would.

Kiera turned to stand behind Erin, who was sitting on a rock, listening to the conversation that was happening between Cara and Trix. Suddenly aware that attention was on her, she got up, awkwardly sheathing her sword. "Well...I hope you're done now." She talked upwards to the massive black hulk that was Kiera. Kiera snorted, a small puff of green gas erupting from her nostrils. She turned to the male across from her. "Well...At least nothing serious happened."

Rhys approached the girl, walking under Tale's stomach. Even though he was short, he was still tall enough for Rhys to walk under - even though he was about 6 feet tall himself. He looked at Erin as she talked to her dragon and focused. This was a rider in front of him, nothing more. That was good - he didn't want to face a fighter.
"Hello." He said warily.

Still slightly cautious, Rhys placed his hand in her own and squeezed lightly. Her hand was colder and smaller and softer than his - definately feminine. He shuddered when he thought of that one man who had disguised himself as a woman to get closer to kill Rhys. It didn't work out the way he'd planned, but Rhys still had the scars.
"Rhys. Your dragon is... fierce."

Tale glared at the black dragon, eyes stone cold and not revealing the emotions within him.

Kiera looked at the boy as he shook hands with her rider. She let out a low growl, no one would touch her mistress...
"It's alright Kiera." Cara spoke up. "They're just having some friendly conversation.

Trix watched the scene carefully before getting up and spreading her massive shiny wings. She was larger than Kiera, so she towered over Tale, but that didn't stop him from intimidating her sometimes. Nevertheless, she approached Erin until she stood right in front of her. After a moment of looking the tiny human in the eyes, she turned back to Rhys - being sure not to hit Erin with her tail - and whispered something in his ear. He nodded and smiled.
"Well, one of my dragons has given me permission to have you as an ally."

Erin smiled. "I'm sure Cara wouldn't hesitate to do the same, would you Cara?" Cara smiled, a large, toothy grin. "But that's good to know!" She smiled. "What might their names be?" She gestured to his dragons.
