Baddie and I[Mature Content?]

"Probably." She said, a smile playing across her face. She looked down and shuffled her feet. "I'll see ya later then, I guess." She looked up, waved, and headed into her cabin.

Carter watched her go with a small smile "Thank you" he said softly before heading back towards his cabin. He walked in and changed out of his muddy shoes before walking over to his bed and laying down glancing over his schedule again.

Meraunda went to her cabin and laid down. A few kids asked her if she wanted to come out with them, which she declined. Finally the dinner bell rang. Standing, meraunda went and quickly changed into some jeans and a t-shirt. Then she headed to the dining hall.

Carter opened his eyes quietly when he heard the bell. He sighed softly and looked out the window before standing up. He was wearing a fresh pair of jeans and an old but clean plain grey t-shirt with a navy zip up hoodie over top. Looking out to the crowd of people heading towards one of the halls he slipped his shoes on quietly before following suit.

Meraunda walked into the hall. It looked like a regular resturaunt. The counselors brought the food to you, and there were menus and all that. She smiled and found an empty table, where she let her eye wander. She found Carter, and couldn't help but giggle. He looked really good.

Carter looked around the hall quietly for a moment, spotting Meraunda he walked over quietly and glanced down to her with an easy smile "Mind if I join you?" he asked. Suprisingly this place was pretty nice, he liked it so far.

"If you really want to." She said with a shrug. She looked din at her hands, hiding the smile that was plastered on her face.

Carter laughed at her reply and slid into the seat quietly looking over to her "I feel like I'm missing something funny" he said simply before glancing down to make sure he was wearing pants. That dream had always haunted him for some reason...

Meraunda blinked at him. "Huh?" She asked, furrowing her eyebrows in confusion.

Jace looked at her for a moment and smiled "I mean I walk over here and you won't even look at me, I felt like I forgot my pants or something" he said simply with a slight grin.

Meraunda bent down and looked underneath the table. "Nope, pants are there." She said with a giggle as she popped back up. She studied his face carefully, eyebrows furrowing again.

Carter laughed softly and looked over to her with a small smile. He looked at her quietly for a moment before glancing down to the menu. He could feel her eyes on him as he looked over the menu before looking up to her "What would you suggest?" he asked.

Meraunda looked over the menu. "The steak's good, but...I personally like the hamburger and potatoes au gratin." She closed her menu and smiled at him.

Carter nodded softly and looked over to her for a moment before closing his menu and putting it off to the side. He glanced around the dinning hall quietly before looking back to Meraunda "Thanks for showing me the ropes today" he said simply.

"No problem. It was fun." She shrugged, then one of the adult counselors came and asked for their order. "Hamburger and potatoes au gratin please." She told him, handing him the menu with a smile. The counselor nodded, then turned to Carter.

Carter nodded softly and looked up to the counselors "I'll have the same" he said simply before taking a sip of his water. He looked around the room seeing a group of girls glance away from him nervously. He chuckled softly under his breath and shook his head.

Meraunda followed his gaze, and shook her head. "Looks like you have a few admirers." She chuckled, turning back to him.

Carter laughed and looked over to Mer quietly with a slight grin "What're they saying?" he asked curiously. He had always wondered what girls said behind his back.

Meraunda tilted her head, listening over to the girls table. She giggled, then turned back to him. "Hm, well. They're saying how cute you look today, something about your butt, and..." She stopped, frowning.

Carter laughed softly "Well I do have a nice butt" he said simply before pausing when she frowned. He looked at her curiously for a moment before glancing back over to the group of girls wondering what they could possibly be saying.

"You just keep telling yourself that." She said with a chuckle. She glanced back over at the table again, then looked down. She twiddled her thumbs, her lips slightly pursed.

Carter looked at her quietly for a moment "What else did they say?" he said his voice soft. She had trailed off but she hadn't actually said anything.

Meraunda shrugged. "Umm...just that you could be doing way better than sitting here with me." She said softly, looking up at him. She took a sip of water, then looked back down.

Jace looked at her and grinned before taking her hand quietly. He looked at her quietly for a minute before turning around and waving slightly to the girls with a rather amused smile as he obviously flaunted the fact that he was holding Mer's hand.

Meraunda blinked up at him, surprised. She looked over at the girls, who began whispering furiously. She could easily hear them, and a small smile creeped across her face. "Well played." She grinned at him, pulling her hand away as the girls lost interest. She assumed it had been to make them mad, so there was no need to draw any more attention to themselves.
