The guy stood in the shadows, letting him race though the moment he went t get back into his car he quickly and neatly shot out the front two tires, the movement so quick no one would catch it unless they were looking for it. A grin went over the mans lips before he quickly hid his weapon and played along with everyone else's fear and went and got in his car before driving off.
Raven jumped waiting to be hit as she heard the gunshot before realizing it wasn't aimed at her, it was for Mitch's car. She bit her lip and part of her wanted to run over there and see he was fine but she shook it all off. He didn't need her, he could do this one by himself. She moved and sat inside of her car rather than the bonnet ignoring the other drivers as some panicked.

Mitch heard the gunfire, and his car lurched wildly to the side as his front tyres blew up. The car swerved and skidded, but Mitch somehow managed to get it under control.
Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a car speeding away from the scene.
That's my guy. He thought to himself, narrowing his eyes. Without even waiting for his car to come to a complete stop, Mitch killed the engine and leaped out, racing over to the nearest car.
"I'm borrowing this!" He snarled, throwing the driver out, and swinging into the front seat. He slammed his foot onto the accelerator, and with a squeal of rubber, raced after the escaping shooter.

Raven looked up quickly as she heard Mitch getting the car off another guy. Sod it. she put her foot down and quickly followed Mitch, she wanted to see this guy but she knew how dangerous he was at the same time, she was going to be careful. She wasn't risking anything for that man.
The driver put his foot down, taking a few sharp rights before turning into a multi-story car park he quickly drove up several levels before getting out and going through a door to the stair case, he barricaded the door before heading down the stairs at a run. It would be easy he was told. Yeah, this was real easy. He cursed his boss as he was simply only a middle man. A paid shot man.
