Plot
Willa moved in last summer and then the fallowing fall a drunk driver hit her mother’s car killing her. Still she looks for hope and a place to fit in. Her mother is now gone and her father left them when she was 10. Her grandmother has decided to continue to live in there small trailer. She became attached to a smooth talker on the res before moving and is now paying for it. Though school isn’t the best place, she’s living through it. When her secret is reveled the smooth talker, and most of her friends leave her. Now Willa is alone just trying to survive

Her father left when she was 9. When she was 16 her mother was hit by a drunk driver and soon after died. She lives with her aging grandmother who teaches her the old ways of her people.

Name: Jordan Chase Wolfe
Age: 17
Looks: He has golden blond hair that hangs down almost to his eyes. He always looks like a 6 foot mess but it works for him. You can find him on the weekends in a pair of khaki shorts and a t-shirt. He is the kind that will sweep you off your feet with one smile. His everything is toned and muscular. His torso set off by ripples of muscles on his stomach met by a v at the top of his waist that trails off into his shorts. His skin tone is the usual California surfer, tan but not dark.
History: Parents died in a car wreck when he was 15. He was put in a foster home and has come to love his parents as if they were his own. He has one ‘sister’ who is his foster parents’ birth child. He is the usual protective older brother.

Willa riped through the brush on her gradmothers property. Galloping across the open pastrue she let out a war woop. It was good to be free, it was good to be a Indian....atleast for now. it would all change once she boarded the bus in a couple hours for school.

I rolled over and slammed down my hand on the snooze button of my screaming alarm clock. I groaned and rolled out of my bed hitting he floor with an oopmh. I laughed at myself before pushing off the floor with my arms and walked downstairs ."Mornin mom." I said and kissed her cheek. "Goodmorning honey." she said handing me a bagel with a smile. I smiled back and took a bite out of the bagel. I walked back up the stairs finishing my bagel in just a few bites. I opened my closet doors and grabbed a pair of khaki shorts and a blue v-neck. I went to the bathroom and brushed my hair and teeth. After I got my hair just perfect I grabbed my car keys and headed out. I yelled back at my mom before leaving. "Going to school, Ill see you this afternoon." I closed the door and walke to my car an got in. I reved the engine put on my Ray bans and pulled out of my drive way.

Reghing in my horse I looked at my watch. "oh dang it!" I was going to be latre again. Running into the barn I hollard at Kunshi. "will you cool her for me? thanks!" I ran from the barn to the house. I would smell like horse but it would be better then. my thought cought off. I had bearily enought time to grab my bag and jupm on the school bus. I found a seat adn slumped down and tried to be invisable....I hated the bus....

I drove to school letting my arm hang out of the window. I smiled as I pulled into the school and rolled up the windows. I turned off the engine and got out. I assumed my normal position at the hood of my car as all of my friends approached me.

Willa sliped off the bus and walked over to Jorden..."I'm tried of the same stupid thing every day! Why do most of the kids that ride on the bus have to be so rasist." she was pratically yelling. "I'm ready to start skipping...my grandmother wouldnt care..." she leaned against the hood next to him.

"Hey Willa! Calm down! All you have to do is ask for a ride." i said tapping her with my elbow.

Willa smiled..."that would be great...I'm tried of Holly and her gang the whole d... lot." she said with a sigh.

"Be ready by 8." I said hi-5-ing some of the guys that joined us.

Willa smiled then backed away. She sliped into the hall as the bell rang. going to her locker she took what she needed then headed to her Math class. Passing Holly who as normal shoved her and muttered "watch it." Willa smilpy rolled her eyes and sliped into her chair. She saw Jorden and smiled. she wish he liked her as much as she liked him, but so far for the past 3 years had only been friends. Maybe this summer it would change. she thought but didnt believe it would.

Me and my 'posse' followed not far behind her into the school. I got my books and sat down a few seats away from Willa.

Willa listend to the teacher....waiting for the next class. she manily just doodled on her notepad. then wrote a note and passed it to Jorden.
it said

skipping class after this....can you cover or me???

I smiled and grabbed the note. I opened it under my desk then moved it slyly to the top of the desk. I wrote back,
Only if you cover me for biology. (:

she replyed.

wont be here. told you I'm skipping....I cant handle this anymore....I'm done with me life. I'm done with everything.

Awe, now don't talk like that. I replied.

will you cover me..if I get back in time sure I'll cover you


she wrote, then sliped it back to him...

After Class she left her bag in her locker. Wither he was covering her or not was his deal. She headed for the door after leaving her bag at her locker. looking down the hall she saw him. would he see her???

I jogged over to her locker. "Hey hows your stomach?" I asked winking at her.

I shruged. "ok I guess....I'll see ya later" she sliped out the door and then ran down the street away from the school. Her life was done....she wouldnt be coming back.

Coming to a sucluded area, she looked to see if anyone was looking. Then taking something from her poket she looked at it shine in the sun light....would she really do what she was thinking of doing???

I grabbed my phone out of my pocket after the teacher had questioned her absence. I pulled up a new message and txt her.

Hey! Knight's not buying it. Get your butt in here!

Willa looked at the message....she txt.... "tell him I'm no longer on the earth....its true" she waited for his replay...

He looked at he phone and a tear release from his eye.

Willa, don't do that. You dont understand what that would do to me. No to mention your family.
What about your horses?

She looked at the txt...

Life isnt worth what I'm going through......they want to put Kunshi in a home.....if that happens then the horses will be gone and I'll go to a foster home....member my mom died last year....

You've still got me. You're best friend remember? And foster care isn't all that bad. I replied. She had obviously forgotten about my family.

I'm A Indian.....things are differant for us....Kunshi wont be taken care of in a home......I cant go to a foster home thinking she wont be getting the care she needs. Not to mention she wont be able to live tradionaly like she does now.....they wont let her.....I cant go through that....I'm tired of fighting......


She fingered the metal blade.....but couldnt bring herself to do anything else but that.....it seamed to be easier in her mind then in life.
