Name: Sam Jones
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Looks: Flaming red hair falls nearly to her waist, but it's always dead straight. She has a side fringe, covering one of her deep emerald eyes. In comparison to others, she's quite pale, so are her lips. Her features are pretty.
Build: Not muscled, but not completely thin. Fairly thin, but can run very fast.
Personality: Can be rather shy at times, not wanting to talk to people, but has a very nasty temper that flares up if you get on the wrong side of her.
Parents: Both of them died when she was a baby, she now lives with her Uncle and his girlfriend, who are constantly mean to her, and mistreat her. (Sound familiar? Happy lives on )
History: Described above.
Other: Teased at school, sometimes gets into involuntary fights with people who pick on her.

I was in a particular foul mood as I headed downstairs to breakfast. I was wearing the usual (Hoodie/skinny jeans/blue converse). Jane looked up from her breakfast.
'Why are you still here?' She mumbled. I shrugged, taking her by surprise. She obviously didn't mean for me to hear that. She chucked her mug in the dishwasher with such a force I was alarmed that it didn't break. When she noticed I was staring at where the mug had landed, she pushed me in the direction of the door. 'Haven't you got school to go to?' She shooed me out the living room like I was some sort of animal, and made a gesture like a small jerk of the head, and it made it plain that she wanted me to go away. I grabbed my schoolbag and keys, and slammed the oor behind me, breathing in the fresh air. She'd pay...someday.

I kicked a rock absent mindedly, and it went skittering along the street and down the drain. In the distance I spotted the school, with several people hanging around the gates. 'Great.' I mumbled.

As I tried to pass, one of the boys put a hand out in front of me. 'Look what we have here!' I pushed his arm away.
'Leave me alone.' I growled. He sniggered, accompanied with the laughs of the others. He tried to snatch my bag away from me, but I pushed him away, mustering all the forse I could. He fell back into the gate with a hard thud. 'I said LEAVE ME ALONE!' I roared, stalking off to my locker.

I looked around at the commotion behind me. I was glad to see someone who would finally put him in his place. I smiled to myself and turned to my locker.

I stared at him as though he were mad. Rolling my eyes, I set off for class, temper subsiding slightly for now. As I pushed the door open, I sighed. I had to be in the same class as him didn't I? I took a seat near the back, trying not to make eye contact.

I raised an eyebrow and sat silently next to him, pulling out my pencil case. 'Hi.' I said, not looking ay him.

'I've never had much trouble with them.' I lied. The teacher walked in and started droning on in her usual monotonous way.

Before I had any idea what he was doing, I went numb, and the effect was like falling asleep. I didn't stop him, it was probably the most pleasurable feeling I had felt in my life. My anger seeped away, and suddenly....my head was cleared from all emotion. Like they had been sucked away...

I stared blankly at the front of the class, before turning to look at him slowly. 'What did you do?' I asked curiously.

I narrowed my eyes at him, before returning to my own work.

When the bell went for the end of lesson, I sped out of class before anyone had time to realise that it had gone. In the girls bathroom, I checked my neck. Two puncture marks were on my skin, but when I touched them, they didn't tingle or sting. Somehow it seemed sort of normal...I hadn't reacted in the way I should have...

I decided to skip math. There was too much I had to think over. I headed outside to the field and sat on a bench. Everyone ignored me, as they would usually. I was graeful, no awkward questions asked.

Would he end up doing something much worse? I had no idea. I simply sat there on the bench mulling my thoughts over.

I watched him carefully as he walked past with another guy. I stood up, and peeked around a corner at them both.
