I finished the chores around the barn then went to my usual parking place. Dammit! I remembered I left my car at the park. I shook my head and jogged back to my car. I got back to my car at about midnight, I climbed in and drove home. I took a shower and went to bed.

The next morning I woke up and put on a grey v-neck and a pair of khaki shorts. I fixed my hair and brushed my teeth then drove to school. I saw Ayla and pulled in next to her. I got out and sat on the hood of my car without saying anything. I didnt look up but I could feel the stares of people.

I looked up and saw that people weren't really staring at me but like behind me or something.I figured there was a fight or something going on,so I looked over my shoulder and saw Derek sitting there on the hood of his car."Copycat."I said on a laugh then turned back around.I had to admit he did look pretty cute.I rolled my eyes and told myself I could never like a flake.

I walked over and propped myself on her car. "Mornin' Cowgirl." I said. PEople were whispering now.

I smiled,"You do know that if you want to keep your reputation in check you wouldn't want to be seen talking to me,right?"I asked him sweetly,in a teasing way.

"Screw reputations." I said, "Its my last year here, might as well throw it down the drain now."

I laughed and held my fist out,"Hell ya."I said,"So have you came up with your senior prank?"I already had mine thought out.It was a 12 step plan.

I tapped her fist with mine. "Not really, but I bet you've got something up your sleeve." I said raising my eyebrows.

"Duh.Every senior at my old school had their prank already planed in 8th grade."I laughed,thinking about my friends really wacky plan.

I laughed. "Not really my thing." I said smiling.

"You can help me with mine if ya want?It's a 12 step plan."I said smiling.

"Ooo i sounds complicated." I said smiling. " I like it."

I laughed,"Ya more than likely it'll get me expelled."I smiled,"And that would tick my parents off which is the whole reason I'm doing it."I said looking over at him.

"Your parents?" I asked my eye-brows pulled together in the middle.

I sighed,"Ya apparently I'm suppose to act like a perfect little angel.I had to beg my mom everyday for about 6 months before she let me get Shadow.Even now she complains that he was a waster of money."I just rolled my eyes and looked down at my phone.

"Have they not seen you?" I asked sarcastically.

"And what do you mean by that?"She asked,cause she had heard the sarcastic note in his tone.

"You're not exactly the 'goody-goody' type." I said.

I laughed,"Doesn't take a preacher to figure out that one."I said thinking about how my sister and me use to joke about how I was the devil child of the house and she was the devil's assistant.

I laughed, "I guess not." I said.

I sighed and got of my car as the bell rang,"Ugh I hate school!"I said as I walked towards the doors, with my book bag in my hand,bouncing against my leg.

"Aw shit!" I said and followed behind her.

I glared at people who were staring starting to get annoyed.

"What are you looking at?" I yelled at a group of people looking at her.

I rolled my eyes,"That will just cause them to look."I said and walked faster trying to get away from him.

"Oh well, let em look. They're just jealous." I said following behind her.
