Alicia rolled her eyes as he glanced back and called after him, "Keep walking big boy. Last tent to the left." She indicated the goatskin tent that had been set up along the path. As they entered, she grabbed Colton from his arms and gently placed him down on the mat. He was sleeping. With a bemused smile, she covered him with a blanket and pushed his hair out of his face for a moment.

[hmmm....*strokes my non-existent beard* I have yet to make a gay rp...in any shape or form xD though I've wanted to try...see how epically I fail at it xD]

Douglas felt a stab of jealously as he watched Alicia brush the hair off of Coltons face. Why? It wasn't like dating was relevant. Though she was very different than any of the other girls here. She was so...independent. He shook his head.

Alicia turned to see the look of jealousy flash across the other boy's face, but it was so quick she couldn't have been sure it was there. It probably wasn't. Most likely her imagination. Just in case, she explained.
"He's like my little brother." She whispered, a small smile lifting the corner of her lips. She stood up and stretched, cracking her back in a masculine fashion. "Be a gentleman and walk me to my tent?"

[ohhh twists xD gotta love 'em.]

Douglas nodded. "Lead the way." He said with a smile, gesturing for her to start off.

Alicia chuckled and made her way out of the tent, casting a longing look back at the small blonde boy curled up on the mat. He looked so peaceful, like none of the turmoil was happening... If only it was really like that...
Before she realized it, she'd passed her tent, and needed to backtrack to get to it. She laughed nervously as she pulled open the flap and walked inside, lighting a few candles as she did.

Douglas walked alongside her, and chuckled when she had backtrack. He watched her climb in, and blinked.
"Well, I'll be seeing you then." He said, a little deflated. He turned and began to his tent.

Mariella blinked and realized the sun was sinking lower, casting a red light over the ocean.
Like blood... she thought to herself. She stood and brushed sand off, and began heading back to the campsite.

Alicia rolled her eyes. Guys were so dumb sometimes. They just couldn't tell when you were giving them signs or anything! Sshe sighed and looked up after him before inhaling deeply and calling out his name.
"Douglas!"

Softly, Anthony landed behind the retreating form mof Mariella. With a hungry grin, he licked his lips and started forward until he was walking side by side with her. The darkneses made it hard to see his dark brown hair and grey eyes that showed he was on the evil side.
"Halt, or I'll send a poisoned arrow through your heart." He purred, almost seductively.

He stopped and turned, his eyes almost hopeful.
"Yeah?" He asked, fully turning and putting his hands behind his head.

Mariella jumped away, startled.
"Wh-what do you want?" She asked, trying to sound brave but her voice wavered.

Alicia hesutated, unsure of how to proceed. She didn't even know why she called out his name... Glancing down, embarassed, she spotted a small coin. Thankful for the excuse, she reached down to pick it up. "Is this yours?"

Anthony smiled sadistically. "Come with me and we'll spare you're precious boyfriend more agony." He slowly began to walk around her.

Douglas looked at the coin and blinked. He took it from herm his hand lightly brushing against hers as he did so. He inspected it. He looked back up at her. "Why would someone have a coin here?" He asked, more confused than rude.

Mariella watched him carefully, her eyes narrowed.
"What if I don't?" She questioned, crossing her arms just below her chest, and resting one elf by cocking the knee.

Alicia shrugged. "Memory? Remember, we didn't know what we were getting into when we first got here..." She murmured, trailing of curiously. She reached over to peer at the coin, to see what it was. It looked ancient. Some sort of Asian wriing... But soon she became transfixed with Douglas's hands resting under her own.

Anthony shrugged. "We make it harder on all of you." He replied factually. "But I suggest you come with us peacefully, lest we have to spill blood here... your blood." His eyes blazed as he crouched lower, his form flickering.

Douglas studied the coin, consciously aware of their hands. He blinked.
"It's Asian...but not mine." He said, his eyes narrowed as he looked at it.

Mariella swallowed, and nodded. "Okay. I'll go with you." She said softly.

Alicia squinted, as if that would help her know whose it was. She sighed, but turned and put it back in her pocket. She had only two pairs of clothes, and she needed to wash these soon. She wrinkled her nose and stepped back into her tent and lay down on the mat.
"Tuck me in." She said playfully, pointing to a thin blanket laying near her.

Anthony grinned, turning back to his human form. "I told them you weren't completely dumb. We'll just have a bit of fun with you before we get the real work started..." He trailed off, laughing menacingly as he wrapped his arm around her shoulder and gave it a squeeze. He placed a forceful kiss on her cheek and began to drag her towards their base.

Douglas smiled, and followed her into the tent.
"Aren't you a big girl now?" He asked, using a baby voice. Suddenly his eyes widened and he sat back. "Uh oh." He said soflty.

Mariella squeaked and tried to pull away.
"I said I'd go with you! That doesn't mean you can touch me like that!" She growled, her eyes flashing furiously. "And what do you mean, 'get the real work started'?"

Alicia smiled at his first comment and began to respond, thinking about how perfect the moment was. But then he had to pull away. She furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. What was going on with him. Suddenly, she became aware of the entire situation. He was in her tent. She was lying down. He was kneeling over her. She swore and back up quickly, not sure how she'd gotten into that situation in the first place.
"What?"

Anthony turned around, shoving her up against a tree, his voice a low growl. "I suggest you let me touch you however you want." He said menacingly. Something lifted above his pants and rose above his head. A tail. Fully equipped with poisonous spikes, ready to be shot in an instant. He smiled sadisstiaclly and allowed his hands to grope around.

"Somethings wrong." He said, looking at her. His eyes were flooded with worry.
"I think it's one of ours, I'm not positive who but someones in trouble." He took a deep breath.

Mariella whimpered, and closed her eyes.
"Stop it." She said softly, gently. She opened her eyes and looked at him. Her gaze had softened and she smiled at him...sweetly. She wiggled away and walked around him in a circled, her fingers trailing across his shoulder, up his neck, and to his jawbone. She leaned in close, her lips near his ear.
"You really don't want to do that." She whispered, almost seductively. She nibbled on his earlobe, then bit harder, using her Siren teeth. She pulled away and giggled. "Oops."

Alicia leapy up and grabbed her sword. Colton had originally wanted it, but it'd proved too big for his small figure to carry. She'd laughed at him. But now that he might be dying she didn't find it at all funny...
"I'll go check on the girls' tents, you check on the boys'." And with that, she dashed out.

Anthony glared at her when she pulled away as golden Ichor dripped from his ear. He didn't even attempt to wipe it away. He knew he was being distractred from his real task, so he pushed his tail at her and goaded her forward once again. Although all he really wanted to do was stop and teach her a lesson.

[I'll reply tomorrow..if I get home before 1:30 am. I've been hauling horses and at a horse show all day.]

Douglas nodded and checked all the boys tents. He got to Colton's and did a double take - the boy was still sleeping - and he kept going. He made it back to Alicia's tent, relieved that everyone was here. Though he had gotten a few angry grumbles from waking them up.

Mariella glared at him. "Would you please put your tail away? It's honestly giving me the creeps." She gurmbled, and kept walking.

Anthony chuckled. "Should've thought about that before you tried to seduce me, my dear." He walked alongside the girl. "There'll be plenty of time for... intimacy later." He laughed evily as the reached the top of a hill. A bright ring of fires announced that the enemy base was only a hundred yards away.

Alicia wrung her hands nervously as she checked all of the tents. Eight girls were in there - doing various activities from sleeping to preparing weapons to gossiping - so obviously someone was missing. She closed her eyes, trying to remember.
Mariella.
Her eyes flew open as she ran to Douglas. "It's Mariella." She panted heavily.

"Ya know...I think I left something back there. How about I just go get it?" She smiled at him and tuned around, ready to head off.

Douglas cursed. He ran his fingers through his hair.
"What do we do? I wish Colton was okay..." He shook his head. "How do we get her back?" He looked at Alicia, his eyes clouded with worry.

Anthony shook his head, grabbing her arm and digging his fingers into her skin forcefully. "No. Now come on." He pulled her until they were sighted by the sentries. He yelled out the password in another language and said something else in the same dialect. The guard nodded and shouted to the rest of the camp. The Kujata came out - the one with way too many eyes and ears and arms - and began to escort the pair to shelter.

Alicia shrugged, but looked around. "Who hear is really small and stealthy and..." Her eyes lit up. "Celia!" She called.

Mariella yelped, but went along. She shivered when the Kujata came out. She looked around the camp, and shivered again. Maybe it wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't filled with evil creatures.

Douglas blinked at her. Celia? What had she been...the pixie thing!
"Good thinking!" He said to Alicia, grinning at her.

Jack laughed at Mariella when she shivered. "You'll get used to it." He said in a deep rumbling voice. It faintly resembled the voice of a minotaur - low, deep, and bull-like. "We prefer it to be... chilling." He chuckled and slapped her behind with his giant, meaty hand.
"We were given orders to leave her alone." Anthony reminded him.
"Which isn't exactly what you did." Jack countered.
Anthony shrugged. "C'mon."
He yanked on Mariella's wrist, dragging her past the rows of reinforced stone shelters. They each resembled small cottages, and could hold at least three people, but there was only one living in each. After they passed the houses, they came upon a larger structure that held weapons and such. The grunts and yells of people training inside could be heaard, and Anthony didn't bother hiding the slashing noises of swords or the dull thuds of arrows hitting targets. They approached a circle of fires where a couple figures were seated around it - some human, some beast.
"I've got the girl." Anthony said with a slight bow.
A tall boy stood up, his dark brown hair falling into his eyes. With a smile, he greeted Mariella.
"I'm glad you've joined us, lady of the sea." He said, using a title of respect. "I've arranged for a house to be prepared for you as soon as possible. You will be given a new set of clothes - whatever you want - and a meal as quickly as it can be prepared."

Alicia smiled as the girl walked over. Celia was about 4'11 in human form and Alicia towered over her. "Yeah?" She asked, eyebrows raised. Celia was one of the only ones who didn't think the whole attempt was pointless. She saw that the odds were in their favor - they had ten people and they had eight. They also had five creatures of the air - excluding Brian (a Lamassu, an Assyrian spirit guardian tasked to protect humanity) and herself, who could both fly. Plus, they had four water creautes, and they had none.
"We need you for a mission."
Celia's eyes lit up. "I'm in. What do you need?"
"We think Mariella's been captured."
Celia's heart fell. "Oh."
"We need you to get some useful intel on the base."
The small girl nodded. "Will do. Any rules?"
"Don't get spotted or caught. I think that's it?" Alicia looked over at Douglas for anything he wanted to add.

Mariella squeaked when the hand collided with her bum. She trailed along after Anthony, taking everything in. She could hear them training, and her eyes narrowed. The anti-Ragnarok side outnumbered them, but they sounded like they were getting good with weapons. She thought about this, then saw the campfire.
Narrowing her eyes, Mariella looked at the tall boy.
"I didn't join you. I only came because he," She indicted Anthony with a jab of her thumb, "dragged me here." She informed him snappily. What was with the title? And why were they treating her like that?

Douglas shook his head.
"I guess don't pull any crazy heroics. Unless they're hurting her. Then let her know helps on the way." His gaze fell. Was she okay? Were they hurting her? Were they...he didn't even finish the thought, it was to horrific. Shaking his head, he closed his eyes. He opened them again and ran his fingers through his hair.
